From Bandai's "Super Mini-Pla" candy toy series, it's Ninja Gattai Muteki Shogun from Kakuranger!  This set of 5 pcs (each inner box containing a section) includes the complete set to build Muteki Shogun!  Made of plastic; exact measurements are not given, but items in this series are typically 6-7 inches tall when assembled and combined.

Super Mini-Pla "candy toys" are snap-together mini plastic model kits. They are molded in color and typically include sticker sheets for the finer details.  Candy toy (box) style packaging (note - Japanese release version).
