Holiday Shipping Deadlines Have Now Passed!

Hi All, another holiday season is upon us!  Our recommended deadlines for delivery by Christmas have now passed, but we are still available for local pickup if you live close by!  See our bog post here for more info.

Holiday Hours of Operation
  • We are closing at noon on Dec. 24 through Dec. 26 for Christmas & Boxing Day.  You may still place orders on the website, but they will not be processed until Friday, December 27.
  • Closed January 1 for New Year's Day.  Orders placed over the New Year's holiday will be processed on Thursday, January 2.

Recommended Holiday Shipping Deadlines (now passed; for reference only):

Canada - Place orders before....
  • Friday, December 13th, 11 a.m. eastern time for:  Most of Canada.  Ground shipping takes approximately 6-8 business days to locations furthest from Toronto, but with added holiday shipping volume for couriers (due to the Canada Post strike), weather delays, etc., we recommend getting your order in as soon as possible.
  • Thursday, December 19th, 11 a.m. eastern time for:  Toronto/Ottawa/Quebec metropolitan areas.  Ground shipping usually takes 1-2 business days to these locations, but with added holiday shipping volume for couriers (due to the Canada Post strike), weather delays, etc., we recommend getting your order in by this time.
  • Note about Canadian Territories (Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Yukon):  We rarely ship to these locations and do not have a recommended cutoff, but we imagine it takes much longer than usual.  Please contact us for estimated shipping times.
Please note that these are rough guidelines and certainly not guarantees, since we cannot control delays due to weather, postal errors, etc.  You are always welcome to contact us with your postal code if you have any questions, and we will be happy to check estimated shipping times to your exact location.

U.S.A. - Place orders before....
  • Thursday, December 12th, 12 p.m. eastern time for:  Most of USA.  Ground shipping takes approximately 6-8 business days to most locations, but with added holiday shipping volume for couriers/USPS, weather delays, etc. we recommend getting your order in as soon as possible.
  • Tuesday, December 17th, 12 p.m. eastern time for:  Northeastern USA.  Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to these locations, but with added holiday shipping volume for couriers/USPS, weather delays, etc, we recommend getting your order in by this time.
  • Note about U.S. Territories, U.S. Armed Forces, etc.:  We rarely ship to these locations and do not have a recommended cutoff, but we imagine it takes much longer than usual.  Please contact us for estimated shipping times.
Please note that these are rough guidelines and certainly not guarantees, since we cannot control delays due to weather, postal errors, etc.  Shipping to the USA is sometimes complicated, and a variety of factors affect shipping time and method of service (such as package weight, dimensions, destination, etc.).   You are always welcome to contact us with your zip code and items you would like to order if you have any questions, and we will be happy to check estimated shipping times to your exact location.
